In the heart of the Périgord Noir within half a mile from the Château de Losse and the Vézère valley, two and a half from the caves of Lascaux and 5 miles from Montignac and near Sarlat and the Eyzies, Valojoulx is a small and peace village with its church of XIII century.

During your stay, you will discover this wonderful part of Périgord, driving among the scenic routes, visiting the painted caves of Lascaux and the many medieval castles which you will find round every corner, having a boat ride up the Vezere or the Dordogne rivers and so on...

The Perigord is also famous, not only in France but the world over for it's excellent fine wine's "internationally renowned" and exquisite cuisine, the region is well known for it's foie gras, magrets de canard ( breast of duck ), cèpes ( wild forest mushrooms ) and of course the black truffles...

Of a total capacity of 23 persons, our 6 charming cottages have been built between the 16th and 18th century. “Le Jardin d'Eden” is a small haven of peace and tranquillity in the middle of a spectacular countryside.
Great fun for all the family, a large garden awaits you with swimming-pool, volley-ball, basket-ball, ping pong, badminton, football and other family games.
