TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency, or foreign cheque with a charge of 35 euros
25% deposit with the booking and the balance have to be paid one month before arrival.
Gas and water are included in our prices. Electricity and local taxes have to be paid on the departure day.
A charge of 450 euros to 600 euros(depending to the cottage) will be required upon signing the inventory of the accommodation. Any loss or damage will be deducted from this.
All cleaning have to be done by yourself, if not a cleaning service is available at 35€ for Le Four & Lou Val, 55 € for La Bergerie, L'Oustal et Le Chalet and 75 for Le Fournil.
Linen and towels are not furnished, but you can rent them for a small fee.

Arrivals after 5 pm and departures before 10 am.
